Unfired Mamod Live Steam Traction Engine Unusual Build

This rather unusual Mamod came to us with a bit of a story.

We bought in a large collection where a deceased member of the family worked at Jedmond in Slough who owned Mamod for a few years back in the 1980's apparently he used to bring his work home with him at times and several of the engines were built to end up being non standard,   this being one of the last we have left.

This is a Mamod traction engine,  but has SA1 car type front wheels and flywheel,  it was missing the whistle so we have added one of those as well as a new burner tray and scuttle,  This one is totally unfired  and yes there is paint loss as can be seen in the photos but a chance to own something a bit different.
